Practice, practice, practice. By developing good daily sustainable habits we can change community norms that will help reduce our impact on the climate. Policy of course plays a huge role whether it's Seattle's composting ordinance, or the new pre-tax ordinance that helps employees save on transit expenses (and taxes). These policies effect our everyday actions to the point that they become habitual. Reducing the global impact of climate change can seem daunting but through lasting community-level iniatives it is possible. Help your community. Help your planet.
